Bennett Care Ltd is a company " Made by a carer for a carer" . The Manager progressed over the years from being a carer into being a Manager , being guided on this pathway by the right people and pledged to do the same for other carers and offer career opportunities for many staff who " love to care" and want to make a change in other people`s lives .
We are looking to employ health care assistants and senior staff. We provide full range of training, support and mentorship to grow together as a team, develop new skills and knowledge and boost our self esteem . We are looking to promote our staff from health care assistants job roles into future Managers by providing career expectation pathways programs .

Experience is preferable but not compulsory , we will provide you with the relevant training and support and a development plan if you wish to progress within our company .
There are not set entry requirements to become part of our team, but we expect you to have a good literacy and numeracy , good level of English both in speaking and writing and the right to work in Uk.

Job Responsibilities:
As health care worker, you are the main point of support for our clients. You will need to support our clients in daily day to day tasks like providing assistance with morning routine , personal care, medication administration, shopping, house chores, mobility, companionship, etc. The job includes working alongside various professionals like GP, mental health professionals, district nurses, advocates, etc. Maintaining daily records and reporting is paramount , same as keeping the office at all times informed and updated of any changes in order to be implemented in the client`s care plan.
As Care coordinator , you will be organise the staff`s calls, clients calls and staff shifts. You will attend to calls when rostering is organised to be familiar with clients, their location, the travelling times, the distance between clients because only in this way, you will be aware of our clients needs, traffic areas, parking spaces available for staff and any potential difficulties which might arise. You will always gather feedback from clients and staff to ensure that everybody`s opinions are listened, considered and implemented where is the case.
As Supervisor, you will needs to do spot checks on staff, have meetings with them, ensure that all trainings are up to date and update the Training Matrix and to ensure that all staff have access to the support they need. You will have meetings with the Manager, raise any issues, request resources to continuously build up the team and gather feedbacks from our clients and staff. You will plan meetings, supervisions and appraisals and ensure all staff are supported and happy.
As Customer Support Manager, you will liaise with the Council and private clients , you will meet clients for assessments , create care plans and risk assessments after talking to the clients and attending calls to ensure that the care plan implemented is reflective and effective and implement any change in the clients needs .You will be the link between the clients and the manager and staff.

The Manager will liaise with all Office staff on a daily basis to ensure that all aspects of the care are at high standards, the customers are happy and we are an outstanding workplace for our staff. The Manager will supervise the company`s compliance in all aspects. Will meet with staff to ensure that they feel supported , they have the necessary training and resources to do their jobs, will listen to their opinions, feedbacks and will act on any future career development plans .
The Manager will attend calls to ensure the clients are receiving the right support , the care plans are reflective and up to date and will gather all feedbacks.
The Manager will hold meeting , ensure Quality and Compliance , check all Quality control matrix and implement any changes.
